Ingredientele pentru 6 - 8 persoane sunt:
1 file de somon de 800 gr
300 gr sparanghel
1 lingurita de ceapa taiata cubulete
200 ml smantana
100 ml iaurt
1 lingurita de amidon de porumb
1 lingurita de suc de lamaie
30 gr unt
sare, piper, ceapa ciorii pentru decor
Ingredientele mele (am folosit mai putin somon si ulei in loc de unt)

Am curatat cu ustensila de curatat cartofii tulpinile de sparanghel. Am pus la fiert apa cu sare si am pus sparanghelul la fiert 4 minute de cand a reinceput sa fiarba apa. Am scurs de apa, am taiat varfurile sparanghelului si le-am pus deoparte.

se amesteca amidonul, smantana si iaurtul si se pun la foc mic intr-o cratita, unde se adauga cepa si sucul de lamaie. se lasa la fiert 10 minute, apoi se face crema cu blenderul.

Se pune somonul intr-o tigaie si se prajeste pe ambele parti, apoi se portioneaza. se aseaza crema de sparanghel pe un platou, apoi somonul, se decoreaza cu varfurile tinute deoparte. (nu am mai folosit ceapa ciorii ca nu arata prea bine)
