Ingrediente:
1 bucata de ~ 800 de grame de piept de curcan:

6 prune fara samburi, taiate in felii, si o gutuie mica taiata in cuburi:

1 lingura de mustar
1-2 linguri de faina
300 ml. de supa de pasare
60 de ml. de vin rosu
50 de ml. de ulei de masline extravirgin
1 ceapa mica
sare, piper
Preparare:
Se taie carnea in 8 felii pe cat posibil egale, care se bat cu ciocanul pentru snitele, se sareaza si se pipereaza:

Se ung feliile astfel pregatite cu mustar, si pe fiecare se aseaza prune:

Respectiv gutui (am pregatit 4 rulouri cu prune si 4 cu gutui):

Fructele care raman vor servi la prepararea sosului.
Se ruleaza strans fiecare bucata de carne cu fructele in interior si se fixeaza cu scobitori:

Intr-o tigaie, se pun la incins 30 de ml. de ulei. Rulourile de carne se dau prin faina si se rumenesc rapid in uleiul incins:

Pe masura ce se rumenesc, rulourile se scot pe o farfurie calda si se pastreaza acoperite.
