1 kg de mere (chiar daca in poza apar 4 mere, eu am avut 5)
50 de gr de fructe seci: stafide, seminte de pin, migdale
2 oua
150 gr zahar
170 gr faina (reteta zice 200)
esenta de rom
1 plic de praf de copt
Cele 2 oua intregi cu 150 de gr de zahar se amesteca bine cu mixerul pana ce devine o crema. Punem apoi esenta de rom, amestecam.

Adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de copt si se mixeaza bine. Daca vreti adaugati aici putina coaja de lamaie.

Merele se curata de coaja, se scoate cotorul.
Se taie fiecare mar in doua, se taie apoi felii subtiri si se pun intr-un castron cu putin suc de lamaie ca sa nu se innegreasca. Punem deoparte cateva felii pentru decorul final.
Peste mere punem cele 50 de gr de fructe seci.

Crema rezultata din amestecul de oua, zahar si faina o punem peste mere si amestecam cu o lingura de lemn.

Punem apoi intr-o tava unsa cu unt si presarata cu pesmet, miscam un pic tava sa se aseze compozitia. Eu azi am pus in hartie de copt.
Deasupra punem feliile de mere pe care le-am pus deoparte, presaram cu zahar brun si bagam la cuptor la 180 de grade (incalzit de dinainte) pentru 50-55 de minute, in functie de cuptor.
