Sper ca ati petrecut sarbatorile bine, cu sanatate, liniste si intelegere.
Pranzul de Pasti a suferit mici modificari din ceea ce imi propusesem initial si asta pentru ca nu am gasit prapure si organe pentru drob, asa ca drobul l-am taiat de tot de pe lista.

La gustare am avut oua rosii vopsite cu coji de ceapa

Pentru ca nu am avut coji de ceapa suficiente, altele le-am vopsit cu colorant, cu care eu personal nu prea sunt de acord si nici nu-mi place din mai multe motive: cand curat oul degetele imi raman pictate de rosu si in plus daca crapa vreun ou la fiert, vopseaua patrunde in ou.
Din acest motiv, cele 3 oua care mi-au crapat la fiert, le-am inlocuit cu alte 3 pe care le-am fiert dupa.
Dar surpriza, culoarea tot a intrat pe ou, chiar si necrapat fiind.
E adevarat, sunt mai rosii, dar eu le prefer cu coji de ceapa, natural, asa cum am vazut mereu la mama mea. Pentru Inaltare o sa strang de pe acum coji de ceapa, sa am suficient.

Dupa ce am ciocnit cu totii ouale rosii, le-am servit cu un sos minunat facut cu maioneza, mustar, iaurt grecesc, patrunjel, castraveti in otet si arpagic in otet.
