Sunt buni, la sfarsit se formeaza sosul asta care cu sucul de lamaie si mustarul pare maioneza.
Asta ca-i prajeam mereu, sa mai scap de prajeli.

Da, pai altfel decit prajiti sau marinati sau in sos de paste nici eu n-as fi stiut a-i face.

Eu l-am aromat foarte putin cu un amestec de condimente uscate,macinate fin-fin:telina,pastîrnac,patrunjel(radacina),tarhon,ceapa,usturoi,piper si sare,
apoi l-am pudrat cu un strat fin de faina,si l-am prajit scurt într-un strop de ulei.
A potrivit bine cu cartofi piure si olecuta din mîncarica de ardei copti.
La fel de bine merge doar stropit cu putina lamîie.
