Daniella, eu am gasit in cartea de retete de la Boni o reteta de taitei cu pistou ( usturoi frecat cu frunze de busuioc pana devine ca o pasta) la asta se adauga ulei si parmezan. Taiteii sunt din faina integrala iar reteta e de F1.

Eu in seara asta mi-am facut paste din faina integrala peste care am picurat ulei de masline si am amestecat cu rosii, usturoi si frunze de busuioc, toate crude...
Gabi, Boni....ce facem cu pastele pana la urma?
